Cancellation Policy

Luna Fertility and Wellness requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for services.

• If less than 24 hours’ advance notice is provided, 50% of the fee will be charged.
• Termination of a 10-visit individualized injection package mid-treatment will not be refunded.
